Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the 3rd respondent dated 09.03.2015 vide Na.Ka.No. 86/2015/Aa1 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 09.03.2015 on merits in the presence of the petitioner. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The relief sought in this petition is to quash the notice issued by the third respondent dated 09.03.2015 directing the petitioner to vacate the land in question and for a consequential direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 09.3.2015 on merits after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has preferred an appeal before the District Collector, Thiruvallur, against the order dated 16.2.2015 passed by the Tahsildar, Madhavaram.

3. Pursuant to the notice ordered by this Court on 24.03.2015, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the appeal is still pending consideration. The appeal will be decided after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pursuant to the order dated 16.2.2015 passed by the Tahsildar/ third respondent. Till disposal of the pending appeal filed by the petitioner, no action shall be taken.

4. In view of the foregoing, nothing survives for adjudication, at this stage. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
