ORDER

Heard Mr. P.Ramarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition itself is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.06.2014 in accordance with law and to register the property in question in the name of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The petitioner wants his representation dated 03.06.2014 to be considered by the respondent. He has requested for registering the property.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader sought time to get instructions in the matter. At that juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent passes an order on merits on his representation dated 03.06.2014.

5.In the light of the above submission, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2014 on merits and in accordance with law and pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also permitted to enclose a copy of the representation dated 03.06.2014 along with a copy of this order and forward the same to the respondent.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
