Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith promote the petitioner herein as Assistant Director notionally on par with his juniors included in the presumptive panels dated 08.08.2005 17.08.2005 respectively for the post of R.W.O. Grade-I / Assistant and Extension Officer published by the 3rd respondent herein by including the name of the petitioner in an appropriate place in the presumptive panel for the post of R.W.O. Grade-I / Assistant for the year 1979 published on 08.08.2005 and fix last drawn pay in the post of Assistant Director and sanction difference in salary arrears of pension and all other consequential monetary benefits in accordance with law.
