(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 9(c) dated 02.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5008 of 2020in Crime No.77 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
