O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed by Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as TASMAC) as Salesman vide proceedings dated 28.11.2003. It is the case of the petitioner that he was not permitted to join duty after taking leave for a brief period of 64 days. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation dated 01.12.2014 requesting the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permit him to join service. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.12.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
