These petitions have been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2016 in Crl.M.P.Nos.6479 to 6482 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.Nos.10248 to 10251 of 2016.

2. By order dated 29.06.2016, this Court had relaxed the conditions imposed on the petitioner by directing that he shall appear before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, OCU, Coimbatore at 10.30 a.m. on every Monday, until further orders.

3. Mr.G.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the order.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and further submitted that three other accused have to be apprehended in this case as the nature of cheating is indeed very grave.

5. Under such circumstances, the condition imposed is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, OCU, Coimbatore at 10.30 a.m. fortnightly on Mondays, until further orders.
