ORDER

Seeking disbursement of education loan, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the first application was taken back by the petitioner and thereafter, fresh application has been given. Two deficiencies have been pointed out in the fresh application, one is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the academic performance of the petitioner and the second is to mention the occupation and income details of co-applicant. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that though the letter was sent, it was returned as 'left out of station'. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said two clarifications sought for will be complied with. 4.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to comply with the clarification as sought for in the letter dated 2002-2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after such compliance, the respondents are directed to process the application and take appropriate steps towards the disbursement of the education loan. It is made clear that while considering the application the respondents are duty bound to take note of the sanction of the loan to the similarly placed persons.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
