Crl.M.P.No.7061 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12002 of 2020 Crl.M.P.No.7061 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12002 of 2020 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court by order dated 12.08.2020 had granted bail to the petitioners vide Crl.O.P.No.12002 of 2020. Thereafter, a petition was filed in Crl.M.P.No.7061 of 2020 seeking for extension of time to furnish sureties as directed by this Court and that the same was ordered on 18.11.2020. However, some inadvertent mistake has crept in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order wherein, it is wrongly mentioned as anticipatory bail instead of bail and the date of order has been mentioned as 12.05.2020 instead of 12.08.2020 Hence, he seeks for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submission, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.7061 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12002 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020 shall be read as follows and in the last line of paragraph 3 shall be read as "bail" instead of "anticipatory bail".

1. This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12002 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020.

Crl.M.P.No.7061 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12002 of 2020 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., ksa-2 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court by order dated 12.08.2020 had granted bail to the petitioners on condition to execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, within a period of two weeks after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier. He would submit that due to Covid situation, the petitioners were unable to execute sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he seek for extension of time.

4. Further, one week time is extended from today to comply with the conditions.
