W.M.P.No.18677 of 2024 in W.P.No.16962 of 2024 W.M.P.No.18677 of 2024 in W.P.No.16962 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'notice dated 11.06.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that only a photocopy of the impugned notice was affixed on the wall, the same is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'I state that the xerox copy of the above said impugned notice dated 11.06.2024 issued under Section 28(2) of National Highways Act, 2001 by the second respondent was pasted in the wall hence I could not file the original impugned order.
