(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is stated that the grievance of the petitioner now stands redressed on account of the decision taken on 23.04.2015 by the Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic), closing the intersection and calling upon the Corporation to complete the closure by construction of median, which space is at present blocked by a temporary method. Respondent No.1 has accordingly informed the petitioner on 23.04.2015.
