The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is some discrepancy crept in paragraph 5 of the order dated 10.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17813 of 2020 wherein, the amount is mentioned as Rs.50,000/-. Whereas in words, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only". Further, the bank account number of Arignar Anna Institute has not been mentioned. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission, paragraph 5 of the order dated 10.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17813 of 2020, shall be read as follows; 5.In order to curb the illegal activities and taking into consideration of the voluntary submission made by the petitioner offering to donate/pay considerable amount to any charitable organization or association, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner shall be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as nonrefundable deposit through RTGS/NEFT in favour of "The Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, bearing A/c. No.10273425961,

State Bank of India, Park Town (Chennai), 68, Evening Bazaar Road, Chennai, IFSC:SBIN0001856, within a period of 15 days from the date on which, the order copy is made ready. On such payment and production of proof, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, on further condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum sum to the satisfaction of the the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and on further conditions that;

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 10.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17813 of 2020, and issue a fresh order copy.

5. Time is extended for a further period of two weeks from today for furnishing sureties.
