JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are informed that after the appeal was filed, the disciplinary proceedings have been completed and a report dated 29.07.2024 has been submitted to the concerned authorities on 03.09.2024.

2. Sri.Krishna Ravindran states that within two weeks, the recommendation will be implemented and the entire enquiry closed.

3. Counsel for appellant states that due to delay, appellant is suffering.

4. In the circumstances, the statement made by Sri.Krishna Ravindran is accepted as an undertaking to this Court on behalf of respondents.

5. We direct the Principal Secretary of the concerned Department to ensure appropriate order is passed within two weeks from today.
