The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the impugned rejection order in Ka.No.U.Se.Po/Ki/Si//ko.Kattu/A.No.205/20-2021, dated 20.02.2021, the petitioner made another representation for issuance of Electricity connection and since the same was also rejected, the petitioner has filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.26605 of 2023 before this Court, which is pending. 2.

In view of the above fact, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
