This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 05.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10573 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 10.08.2022 to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
