ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that complaint lodged by wife dated 23.10.2020 in CSR No.106 of 2020 is pending for enquiry and the petitioners' presence is required before the respondent police for concluding the enquiry and the petitioners' counsel has no objection in directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police for one hearing.

2. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on 02.12.2020 and the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously in accordance with law. With the abovesaid directions, the criminal original petition is closed.
