CRIME NO.155 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12030 of 2021 dated 13/07/2021 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No. 155 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police station and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 29.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 29.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m. till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date till the disposal of the case. All other conditions remain unaltered.
