This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to survey the petitioner's agriculture land properties situated at Tiruvannamalai District, Vandavasi Taluk, Cheyyar Revenue Division, Kilkodungalore Sub-division, No.192, Nelliyangulam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Punja land in Survey No.180/31B which is total extent of 0.10.5 Ares, Acre 26 cents and Survey No.183/10B, which is total extent of 0.42.0 Ares, Acre 1.04 cents and consequently direct the first respondent to provide the opportunity to the second to fourth respondents for co-operate on the day of land survey therein.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that such exercise will be carried out by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from today. He however submits that the petitioner should produce the documents to substantiate that the property was in possession of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the first respondent is directed to survey the land covered by Settlement Deed dated 14.07.2021. At the time of survey, the petitioner is directed to furnish the relevant documents, i.e. original of the Settlement Deed dated 14.07.2021 and other documents, to substantiate that the petitioner is in possession of the property. This exercise shall be carried out by the first respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from today. Before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the neighbours of the petitioner.

4. This Writ Petition is therefore disposed with the above observations. No cost.
