ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh J.) Claiming that the petitioner's daughter, aged about 26 years, is in unlawful custody of the third respondent herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the third respondent along with the petitioner's daughter are physically present before us.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the third respondent herein is aged about 23 years and that both of them got married on 11.05.2025 and that the marriage is yet to be registered.

4. The petitioner's daughter as well as the third respondent have expressed their intention to live together as husband and wife.

5. Since both of them are majors and have made a conscious decision to live together, it would not be appropriate to entertain the prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

6. Accordingly, Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. (M.S.RAMESH J.)
