(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that a case in Crime No.1834 of 2020 has been registered by the respondent police for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

2.In view of the above submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this court is inclined to dismiss this petition with a liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application with crime number.
