O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police has received a complaint from the petitioner and enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, without going into the merits and veracity of the complaint, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct preliminary enquiry and register the FIR, if cognizable offence is made out, as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in AIR 2012 SC 1515. Otherwise, closure report shall be sent to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, she can file a protest petition. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
