By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that his calf died due to drowning in the recent cyclone on 09.11.2015. In this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 12.03.2016 to the respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 12.03.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
