O R D E R

Claiming to be the owner of the property placing reliance upon the patta No.2272 and 2642 to the lands situated in Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur, the petitioner No.1 made representation to the respondent No.2 on 21.11.2014 to survey the same. As the said request has not been considered, this Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, this Court merely directs the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the said representation. Even a perusal of the representation also shows that third parties are trying to encroach upon the property of the petitioners. Thus, it is well open to the respondent No.2 to hear any other third parties, while disposing of the representation.

3. Suffice, it is to state that this Court does not express any merits of the case based on the representation, except https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
