ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" made in Crl.O.P.No.13716 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13716 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
