ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.08.2021 for the offences under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C @ 306 of I.P.C, in Crime No.250 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner married the deceased on 25.03.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner and his family members had abused the deceased and demanded dowry, due to which, the deceased had committed suicide by jumped into the well and died. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offences and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail from 08.08.2021. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the second bail application and the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14835 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021 was dismissed by this Court. However, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the grave nature of offence committed by the petitioner and the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14835 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021 was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 24/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
