O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.124 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam to the Family Court, Tiruppur.

2. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, since the wife is resident of Tiruppur. The husband is the resident of Gobichettipalayam. Though the distance between Tiruppur and Gobichettipalayam is not much, the wife claims that she is unable to travel because she has to take care of two children, who are with her.

3.Considering the circumstances and convenience of both the parties, I am of the opinion that HMOP can be transferred to the Sub Court, Tiruppur instead of Family Court, Tiruppur as the husband will not be required to appear in person for every hearing before the Sub Court, Tiruppur. Accordingly, HMOP.No.124 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub Court, Tiruppur. The Transfer Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
