Crl.O.P.No.16056 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Crime No. 24 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons along with the possession of 40 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He prays to allow this petition.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submits that the all the accused persons were jointly possessed the contraband which is commercial quantity. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and also the contraband

seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Further, the Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 09.07.2024 pbl
