The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, she has also filed a report dated 23.07.2024.
2. Further, she would submit that the initial remuneration was also not yet paid by the applicant and she seeks additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.50,000/- since she had spent nearly 3 days at Maharashtra.
2. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record.
Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.
3. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, this Court is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.50,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner.
4. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- towards initial and additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner on or before 31.07.2024.
5. Post this matter on 31.07.2024 for reporting compliance.
