This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 126 days in paying the Deficit Court fee of Rs.29,400/- in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 04.09.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.2775 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Cuddalore.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.
