The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 10.07.2014, in E.A.No.332 of 2014 in E.P.No.731 of 2010, passed by the learned Judge, IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 1/3

2. Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and filed a memo stating that the petitioner namely Rajamanicka Mudaliar died intestate on 25.05.2015, leaving behind his daughter R.Gunasundari as his sole legal representative. Further,he has stated that the petitioner's only daughter also died on 25.11.2015. The memo filed by the learned counsel is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
