This petition is filed to condone the delay of 180 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.Anil Relwani, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 180 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 180 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
