ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5532 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12149 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. am. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5532 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12149 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2020 dated 17.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
