The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records of the second respondent in NA.KA.No.2999/E/2017 dated 21.06.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to extend the time for further period of 6 months for payment of the amount for Fasli 1429, 1430 in respect of Veeraperumanallur Eri, Veeraperumanallur Village, Panruti taluk, Cuddore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has paid the amount for which he sought for extension of time. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

3.Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
