O R D E R

Heard Mr.G.M.Anantha Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner based on the petitioner representation dated 05.11.2014.

3.Petitioner has made a representation to the respondent for transfer of patta in her name. Petitioner place reliance on the judgment in O.S.No.50 of 2003 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Dhenkanikottai, dated 27.07.2006. By enclosing the copy of the said judgment, the petitioner now seeks for transfer of patta in her name.

4.It is not known as to whether any appeal has been filed against the said judgment. This cannot be verified since the petitioner has not impleaded the defendant K.Gujjamma in this writ petition. Hence, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner can be granted. However, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 05.11.2014 after issuing notice to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, the other plaintiff Sandheep Reddy as well as the defendant in the suit K.Gujjamma and after hearing the parties, the respondent is directed to consider the representation on merits and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
