This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8424 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13277 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 to report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
