O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the vacant land in survey no.214/15 measuring around 200 sq.mt. in Osur village, Vandhavasi Taluk, covered by patta no:626 and that his neighbours by name Velu and Rani are causing unnecessary disturbance to the petitioner's right to enjoyment of the said property.

4. In this regard Kannan the petitioner's son has lodged a complaint to the respondent police, based on which a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.120 of 2016.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to expeditiously complete the enquiry in CSR No.120 of 2016, by calling both parties and take action in accordance with law.
