Heard Mr.R.Karunagaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. Prabhu, Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to dispose of the representation dated 08.07.2019 made by the Petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the claim made by the Petitioner in the representation dated 08.07.2019 for disposal of which this Writ Petition has been filed, had already been rejected by the Respondents by order dated 16.10.2017, which has not been challenged and has attained finality and that no new circumstances have arisen to take a different view of the matter. 4.

Though the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contends that there are subsequent Government orders in the matter, the same have not been produced.

Having regard to the aforesaid rival submissions, the question of directing the Respondents to dispose the representation dated 08.07.2019 made by the Petitioner in which the claim had already been rejected, does not arise. 6.

In the upshot, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
