ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.5635 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.6276 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.5635 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.6276 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020, regularly. He would further submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the Mahila Court and the case stands posted to 06.01.2021 and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P No.5635 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.6276 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all the hearing dates without fail.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
