PRAYER This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the 2nd respondent 03.05.2025 in B3/D.O.No.33/2025 against the petitioner Husband Rajendiran, male aged 40 yrs S/o.Ganesan, who is confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at Liberty.
