2.Two representations have been filed as early as on 23.10.2013 and 14.12.2013 making similar requests as made in this Writ Petition. A perusal of those representations would show that there have been specific allegations made as against the respondents as well as request for various directions to revenue officials as well as officials of the HR&CE Department in regard to the management of the temples in that village.
3.The petitioner has not obtained any interim order pending writ petition and the matter is in the docket of this Court for the last eight (8) years. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to issue a direction as sought for by the 3/6
petitioner to the respondents as there is nothing to show that the cause of action survives.
4.Suffice it to permit the petitioner to move the present officials, if he is so inclined, seeking relief setting out clearly the grievances, that he wishes to have addressed. Such representation, if filed, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order, shall be disposed by the authority, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from its receipt. 5.This writ petition is closed in the above terms.
