O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 08.04.2015 in C.T.A. No. 03 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge (Special Tribunal for Co-operative Cases), Vellore.

2. During the course of hearing, Ms.S.Kavya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel for the petitioner on record has placed a copy of the letter dated 31.05.2024 before this Court and submits that the sole petitioner died and legal heirs of the sole deceased are not interested to prosecute the case and they informed their counsel that they are not interested to proceed with the case. Learned counsel requested to dismiss the CRP as abated. The letter dated 31.05.2024 is produced by the learned counsel is placed on record.

3. Considering the above factual position, in the considered opinion of this Court, as the sole petitioner died and his legal heirs are not interested to prosecute with the case, in our view, no further adjudication is required in this case.
