(Crime No.858 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5800 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13556 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5800 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13556 of 2019 dated 28.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5800 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13556 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police in 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
