Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the report police, Alangiyam Police Station,Thiruppur District, every day at 5.30 p.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14867 of 2020, dated 23.09.2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14867 of 2020, dated 23.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14867 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
