The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.12.2012 and refund the spoiled stamps amounting to Rs.1,61,000/- to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner submitted application dated 05.12.2012 stating that the stamp purchased were unable to be utilized as the document was not executed. Therefore, he made a request to refund the spoiled stamps amounting to Rs.1,61,000/- and the said request has not been considered.

3. Thus, the respondents are directed to consider the said application dated 05.12.2012 by following the procedures as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

contemplated under law and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation along with the all relevant documents and orders passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
