(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court by order dated 28.09.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.5795 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12911 of 2020 "that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5795 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12911 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
