This application has been filed seeking for amendment of the prayer in the Writ Petition.

2. Earlier, the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition for a mandamus, but not challenged the No Objection Certificate issued in favour of the fourth respondent. On the last hearing, i.e., on 12.07.2022, this court recorded the said fact.

3. Now the petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition seeking for amendment of the prayer, which includes the challenge to the No Objection Certificate issued in favour of the fourth respondent. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has not raised serious objection for allowing this miscellaneous petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions in the main Writ Petition.
