C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions are filed praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefits of VI Pay Commission recommendations to the petitioners on and from 01.01.2006 and on par with the Central Government employees at Puducherry with interest at 18% p.a. from 01.01.2006 and pending decision thereon, directing the respondents to pay the arrears of salary as well as the terminal benefits and in this regard, they had submitted representation dated 03.10.2014 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file these writ petitions.

2.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mrs.N.Mala, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 3.Though the petitioners prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 03.10.2014 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, individually to the petitioners.
