Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent police to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2021 vide CSR.No.605 of 2021 as early as possible.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to take necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.08.2021 vide CSR.No.605 of 2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite cognizable offence made out, the respondent police not taken any action and not registered a case. Further, the petitioner G.Shivakumar, against whom, Elumalai/the defacto complainant lodged a complaint and the petitioner also lodged a complaint against the defacto complainant. Keeping both the complaints pending, without action taken by the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.455 of 2021 has been registered and the counter complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed by Elumalai, a case in Crime No..456 of 2021 has been registered.

4.Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
