O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the bank approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and now they are in the process of executing the decree passed by the DRT. This apart, the writ petition was filed in the year 2014 and seven years have lapsed, therefore, the one time settlement offered at the time of filing of the writ petition may vary.

2. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the bank for the purpose of settlement or otherwise, in the manner known to law. With these liberty the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
