O R D E R
The petitioner is presently working as Bill Collector in Sri Mushnam Town Panchayat in the District of Cuddalore. The petitioner is a physically disabled person. The petitioner made a request to the respondent for transfer of service to Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department. The District Collector, Tiruvarur vide proceedings dated 25.11.2013 recommended his case. Similarly, the Director of Rural Development by proceedings dated 21.01.2014, submitted his No Objection for such proposal. The proposal is now pending on the file of the respondent.
2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.07.2014, on merits and as per law and in the light of the proceedings dated 21.01.2014 on the file of the Director of Rural Development. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
