ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15538 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at10.30 a.m. until further orders",

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he would seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was absent for four days and otherwise has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15538 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
